When I came home from work this afternoon I knew if I sat down I was done DONE for the day. The big guys had been telling me that we were low on jam. I didn't quite believe them since it felt like last month that I had done up a bunch. I was downstairs in the pantry and looked and low and behold they were right. We were LOW on jam. I have 1 blueberry and 3 raspberry left and that is all. Not one strawberry. YIKES! That is almost a national emergency in this house. So I made a double batch and then made dinner and then made a singe batch. This should keep them for a few weeks.
